cinnamon baked french toast

Yum, yum, yum.  I think french toast is my favorite breakfast food.  And that’s saying a lot, because I LOVE breakfast foods.  From Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch to egg white omelet, it’s all good stuff.  With this recipe you get the benefits of french toast, but you can prepare ahead of time and you don’t have to stand over the stove top while everyone else is eating and waiting for more.  That’s good.  Continue reading ‘cinnamon baked french toast’

strawberry swirl cheesecake bars

(sorta) homemade chocolate sandwich cookies

I’m going to keep this simple.  These are good.  Real good.  Easy and oh-so-tasty.  And they’re portable too, so fun to share.

raspberry vanilla cake with lemon curd filling

I apologize in advance for this long-winded explanation.  I am indecisive by nature, probably my biggest weakness.  This indecision can lead to disproportional amounts of anxiety over such mundane decisions as “paper or plastic?”  Obviously it’s going to cause a lot of problems when I’m baking.  Continue reading ‘raspberry vanilla cake with lemon curd filling’
